Halloween Popcorn Balls

These take me straight back to my childhood!

I feel like popcorn balls were a big thing growing up. Especially during the holidays. I remember someone in our neighborhood when I was growing up, handing out popcorn balls on Halloween.

Here’s a tried and true recipe for them. Just in case you haven’t made them. 😊

ingredients:

1/4 cup butter

1 [10.5 ounce] bag of miniature marshmallows

1 [3 ounce] package JELL-O gelatin, any flavor

12 cups plain popped popcorn in a large bowl

directions:

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add marshmallows. Stirring frequently.

Add in the gelatin mix and mix until blended.

Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.

Grease your hands with shortening or butter and shape popcorn into your preferred size balls.
