Simple Flag Banner Pattern

When I was decorating for my niece’s bridal shower, I pulled one of my old windows out and sat it on top of my kitchen hutch.

I used it to display photos of the bride and groom. And it turned out so cute! You can see a picture of it HERE

I loved the window on my hutch! (I’m not sure why I had never thought to display it there before?) I wanted to keep it there for a little while, but what could I decorate it with? And a quilt or wall-hanging popped into my head!

So I took some measurements. Drafted a pattern. And went to work. I am totally in love with the results! A simple quilted flag banner was the result.

I had been trying to decide what to do for an incentive for signing up for my subscription email newsletter. (I talk more about my reason’s for starting one, in the first issue!)

After I was finished with my flag banner and hung it on the window, I knew exactly what pattern I would be offering my subscribers for free! It’s a fun, quick, and easy pattern to stitch up. You could use it as a banner like I have (with or without a window) or a table runner.

On the longarm! A fun design that reminds me of fireworks

How cute is the little vintage wheelbarrow I found recently!?

The pattern is only available for free to subscribers who sign up to receive the newsletter. Fill out the form below to become a subscriber. Within a few minutes you’ll have a link in your inbox to the FREE simple quilted flag banner pattern.
