A new version of the Original Pinwheel Baby Quilt that was featured on the Moda Bake Shop blog in 2009.
The revision of the Original Pinwheel quilt introduces a different method of creating pinwheels, resulting in smaller blocks, giving the quilt a more delicate and vintage-inspired feel.
[2] 5"x 5" ‘charm’ packs or [60] 5" x 5" squares
1 ¾ yards solid white or low volume for background & borders
½ yard for binding
3 ½ yards backing
